Open Settings
On your Apple TV, go to Settings → General → Privacy & Security

Share Analytics
Scroll down to highlight "Share Apple TV Analytics"

Add Profile
Click the Play/Pause button on your remote and choose "Add Profile"

Enter URL
Type the URL below exactly as shown, including the
https:// — tvOS will not add it for you

Install Profile
Click "Done" and follow the prompts to install the temporary profile

Check back on this page
Your UDID will appear at the top of this page automatically
Enter this URL on your Apple TV:
https://udid.tv/-----
Include https://. Without it tvOS rejects the address and the profile never downloads. Capitalisation of the code does not matter.
Alternative: Xcode Method
Connect your Apple TV to your Mac via USB-C, open Xcode, go to Window → Devices and Simulators (⇧⌘2), and find the Identifier field.
