Open Settings
On your Apple TV, go to Settings → General → Privacy & Security

Share Analytics
Scroll down to highlight "Share Apple TV Analytics"

Add Profile
Click the Play/Pause button on your remote and choose "Add Profile"

Enter URL
Enter the URL shown below

Install Profile
Click "Done" and follow the prompts to install the temporary profile

Alternative: Xcode Method
Connect your Apple TV to your Mac via USB-C, open Xcode, go to Window → Devices and Simulators (⇧⌘2), and find the Identifier field.
